Job Description

A highly regarded, tech-forward law firm is seeking a Senior Probate Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice. With an expanding partner group and strong incoming pipeline, this is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking for long-term growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Handle probate litigation matters from pleadings through trial
  • Draft motions, conduct legal research, and prepare case strategy
  • Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations
  • Collaborate with clients, fiduciaries, and trustees

Qualifications

  • Active California Bar
  • 5+ years of litigation experience (probate preferred, not required)
  • Strong writing and research skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple matters
  • Comfortable working in a tech-driven, paperless environment
